Pumpkin Cheesecake with Sour Cream Topping Recipe
Ingredients
- Additional Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
- TOPPING:
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- FILLING:
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1-½ cups graham cracker crumbs
