Ingredients

  • Additional Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
  • TOPPING:
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 1-¼ teaspoons ground Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
    • 1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
    • 1 cup packed brown sugar
    • 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
    • FILLING:
    • 1/3 cup butter, melted
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 1-½ cups graham cracker crumbs
