  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • Garnishes: powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, chopped crystallized ginger
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup pumpkin pie filling
