Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon anise extract
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg white
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup dark rum
    • Cooking spray
    • 2 cups Pumpkin Pureé or canned unsweetened pumpkin
    • 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
    • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
    • 2 large eggs
