Ingredients
- Wheat Bran2 tablespoons
- Sweetener2 tablespoons
- Pumpkin cooked & mashed3 tablespoons
- Oat bran4 tablespoons
- Cream cheese (fat free)2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon2 teaspoons
Instructions 1Boil the Pumpkin with sweetener and cinnamon. 2Mash the Pumkin. 3Mix Pumpkin, Oat Bran, Wheat Bran in a bowl. 4Add Creme Cheese. 5Fry in a non-stick frying pan (yyu can use a spra or two of low fat spray) until golden on each side. 6Best served warm but equally good as a from-the-f...
