Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • Candied-ginger butter (recipe follows)
  • ¾ cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1 large egg
    • ¾ cup milk
    • ¼ cup plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
    • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
