Pumpkin-Maple Pie

Ingredients

• Filling:
• 1 cup evaporated fat-free milk
• 3 ½ tablespoons ice water
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• Crust:
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
