  • ¾ cup canned pure pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion

    • 1 pound baby spinach
    • 20 jumbo pasta
    • EVOO
