Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 7 thin ginger cookies, halved
  • Pecan Streusel
  • 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • Ginger-Spice Topping, ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ½ cup powdered sugar
    • 1 (15-oz.) can pumpkin
    • 2 large eggs, beaten
    • 2 cups crushed gingersnaps (about 40 gingersnaps)
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ (15-oz.) package refrigerated piecrusts

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Fit piecrust into a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate according to package directions; fold edges under, and crimp. 2. Stir together crushed gingersnaps and next 3 ingredients.
