Pumpkin Tarts Recipe


  • 1 package containing two refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 15 oz. can unsweetened pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup firmly-packed light brown sugar
  • 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1-½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Unroll each pie crust.
