Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 large egg
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup canned pumpkin
