Pumpkin Walnut Cake

Ingredients

  • 7/8 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 cup white sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
    • 1 (15 ounce) can canned pumpkin puree

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. 2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt.
