Pumpkin Walnut Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup fresh pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
