  • Corn tortilla chips
  • 1 14- to 15-ounce can refried pinto beans
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 fresh jalapeño chile
  • 2 links dried Spanish chorizo
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 medium onion
    • 8 ounces Manchego or Monterey Jack cheese
    • 1 red bell pepper
