Quick Carrot and Raisin Salad

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon bottled minced garlic
- 1/3 cup raisins
- + 6 more ingredients

- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 ½ tablespoons sliced almonds
- 1 pound matchstick-cut carrots
- 3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Spoon dressing over carrot mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
