Quick Cheese Fondue

  • 2 sliced apples
  • 6 slices walnut bread, cut diagonally in half
  • Coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 sliced pears
  • ½ pound slightly oozy brie cheese

Preheat oven to 500°. Put brie in a 2- to 3-cup shallow baking dish and bake until melted, 4 to 5 minutes. Grind pepper on top. Set dish on a heatproof surface and serve with fruit and bread. Note: Nutritional analysis is per serving.
