Quick Cottage Cheese Dill Bread

Ingredients

  • ¾ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 heaping T. minced fresh dill
  • ¼ cup(s) Oil
  • ¼ cup(s) honey
  • ¾ cup(s) Milk
  • 1 cup(s) cottage cheese
  • 2 ½ cup(s) whole wheat pastry flour (or 1 ¼ cup whole wheat flour and 1 ¼ cup unbleached white flour)
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
    • ½ teaspoon(s) baking soda
    • 1 egg, well beaten

In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, & dill. In a small saucepan, combine the oil and honey and heat until just blended.
