  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 head Napa cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • ½ (1-pound) Asian pear
  • 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons coarse Korean hot red-pepper flakes
    • 2 tablespoons Asian fish sauce
