Quick No-Cook Paté

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 8 ounces liverwurst
  • Sliced baguette or crackers
  • ½ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 5 teaspoons port

In the bowl of a food processor, combine the liverwurst, port, parsley, and nutmeg. Puree until smooth and creamy. Serve with a baguette or crackers.
