Quick Skillet Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

• 3 Tbs. unsalted butter
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Kosher salt
• 2 cups low-fat (2%) milk
• 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
• 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
• ½ tsp. dried thyme
