Ingredients

- 1 cup(s) chopped onion
- 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
- 6 cup(s) vegetable broth

Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté 2 1/2 minutes or until tender. Add broth and the next 7 ingredients; bring to a boil.
