Quick Wheat Baguettes
Ingredients
- Cornmeal, for dusting (optional)
- Oil, for coating bowl
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp vital wheat gluten*
- 2 ½ cups whole wheat flour
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 2 ¼ tsp (1 package) yeast
- + 2 more ingredients

- 3 cups warm water, divided
