Quick Wine and Cheese Puff

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
    • 1 green onion, chopped
