  • 2 cups Masa Harina*** if you are gluten free, see note below
  • ¾ cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 ¾ - 2 ¼ cups warm water
  • ½ teaspoon Pure Himalayan Salt
  • zest of 1 lime (optional)
