Quinoa Fried “Rice”


  • ½ cups Blanched Green Peas
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce Or More To Taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dark Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup Diced, Cooked Meat Of Any Kind, Optional
  • 1 whole Onion, Medium Sized, Thickly Sliced
  • 2 cloves Large Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil, Preferably Olive, For Frying
    • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
    • 1-½ cup Water
    • ¾ cups Uncooked Quinoa

Place the quinoa, water and 1 teaspoon olive oil in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and cook until all the water is absorbed.
