Quinoa Pudding


  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 2 cups water
