QUINOA PUMPKIN PANCAKES

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup(s) quinoa flour
  • 2 teaspoon(s) non-aluminum baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 6 tablespoon(s) pumpkin puree
    • 2 tablespoon(s) melted ghee or coconut butter
    • 2 tablespoon(s) maple syrup
    • 1 cup(s) milk
    • pinch of cloves

Preheat griddle to 350°. Whisk together the dry ingredients and set aside. Mix the wet ingredients together. Combine wet and dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour 1/4 cup batter on to buttered griddle. Cook about 3 minutes per side.
