Ingredients

  • 3-6 tablespoon buttermilk or plain yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • For the dressing:

    • 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) corn

    • 2 teaspoon olive oil
    • 1 package Goya seasoning (or substitute 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, ¼ teaspoon chili powder, and 1 teaspoon paprika)
