Rack of Lamb with Morel Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil, divided
• 2 tablespoon(s) butter
• 1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
• 2 clove(s) garlic, mashed or pressed

• 1 cup(s) dry red wine
