Rack of Lamb with Morel Sauce
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 2 clove(s) garlic, mashed or pressed
- ½ ounce(s) dried morels
- 1 cup(s) dry red wine
- 1 8-rib rack of lamb, Frenched
