Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour, divided (about 15 3/4 ounces)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray
  • ¼ cup honey, divided
  • 1 cup warm whole milk (100° to 110°)
  • 2 large egg yolks, lightly beaten

    • 1 package dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)

Combine milk, 1 tablespoon honey, and yeast in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in remaining 3 tablespoons honey and yolks.
