RAISIN PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) broken nuts
  • ½ stick(s) oleo, melted
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) water
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) raisins
    • 1 tablespoon(s) flour
    • Pie Shell

Beat egg whites stiff. Mix all other ingredients and fold in egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Preheat oven to 350F. Bake for 15 minutes at 350F and then lower temperature to 300F and bake for 45 minutes. This pie will make its own top crust.
