Ingredients

  • 1 13-ounce package soft coconut macaroons
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup peach schnapps
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Nonstick vegetable oil spray
  • 3 1/2-pint containers raspberries
  • 9 large egg yolks
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • 2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
    • 3 1/2-pint containers raspberries
    • 1 ½ teaspoons grated lemon peel
    • 6 large peaches
    • 5 ounces imported white chocolate
    • 2 tablespoons peach schnapps
    • ½ cup sugar
    • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
    • 3 large peaches
    • ½ cup sliced almonds
    • ¾ cup sugar

Spray 9-inch springform pan with 3-inch-high sides with nonstick spray. Finely grind macaroons, almonds, and lemon peel in processor. Press half of mixture over bottom of prepared pan.
