Raspberry Cheesecake Bars


  • ¼ c seedless red raspberry jam
  • ½ t almond extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ¼ c all-purpose flour
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ c (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1 c sugar
