Raspberry Coulis

Ingredients

  • 1 10-ounce package frozen raspberries in syrup
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Purée raspberries with syrup and sugar in processor. Strain mixture (discard solids). Chill until cold, at least 2 hours.
