Raspberry-Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons raspberry preserves
• Cooking spray
• Filling:
• ¹/₃ cup (3 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
• 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 large egg white

  • 1 cup sugar
  • ²/₃ cup unsweetened cocoa

  • Brownies:
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
