Raspberry Jalapeno Jam

Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) apple juice
• 1 tablespoon(s) Butter (I cant believe its not butter)
• 6 cup(s) Sugar (measured and set aside)
• 4 cup(s) Raspberries (crushed one layer at a time)
• 3 cup(s) Green Pepper, (remove seeds and grind)
• ½ cup(s) Jalapenos (remove seeds and grind)
• 1 cup(s) raspberry juice
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ cup(s) White Vinegar
  • 1 box(es) Pectin

Using gloves, and in a well ventilated area, wash, remove seeds and grind peppers. Crush raspberries one layer at a time.
