Raspberry Jam Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ cup(s) + 1 T butter
  • 2 tablespoon(s) milk
  • 1 cup(s) raspberry jam
  • 2 cup(s) shredded coconut
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup(s) sugar
    • 1 beaten egg white

Sift flour, baking powder and salt, cut in butter then blend in milk. Press dough into 9 x 13 pan. Spread raspberry jam over dough.
