Ingredients

  • 2-½ oz. (½ cup) coarsely chopped hazelnuts
  • 2-½ oz. (½ cup) sliced almonds
  • 7 oz. (14 Tbs.) chilled unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 9-½ oz. (2 cups plus 1 Tbs.) all purpose flour
    • ½ cup raspberry preserves
    • 1 large egg
    • ½ tsp. table salt
    • Confectioners’ sugar for dusting
    • 1 Tbs. cold water
    • ¼ tsp. ground cloves
