  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • Confectioners' sugar (for dusting)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    • 4 egg whites
