Raspberry Powder Puffs

Ingredients

• Confectioners' sugar (for dusting)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 4 egg whites
• 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
