Raspberry Ribbon Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 3 package(s) cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkgs)
  • 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice

Crust: Combine wafer crumbs, butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar, press into bottom and 1 1/2 inch sides of a greased 9 inch springform pan. Chill one hour or until firm.
