  • 1 1/3 cups plain (all-purpose) flour
  • 1 ½ cups raspberries
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ¾ cups brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 7 ounces dark chocolate
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • If using frozen raspberries there is no need to defrost them first. You can also use fresh or frozen blueberries.
    • 16 tablespoons butter

Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F). Place the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until melted and smooth. Place in a bowl with the sugar and eggs.
