Raves Review Coconut Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box(es) yellow cake mix
• 1 box(es) instant vanilla pudding mix (4 serving)
• 1 ¹/₃ cup(s) water
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup(s) nuts
• ¼ cup(s) Oil
• 1 ¹/₃ cup(s) coconut
• + 6 more ingredients
• • Cream cheese frosting
  • ¹/₃ cup(s) butter or margarine
  • 6 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • 1 box(es) confectioners sugar
  • 4 teaspoon(s) milk
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract

Combine dry cake mix, water, eggs, and oil in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake 60 minutes at 325°. Cool completely. Frosting: In a mixing bowl, cream butter. Add cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Blend well....
