  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup mascarpone cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup red onion
  • 2 small heads radicchio
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 18 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup dry red wine
    • ¾ cup semolina (pasta flour)
    • ½ cup butter

Whisk flour and semolina in medium bowl to blend.
