Raw, Vegan, Gluten-Free Oreos


  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbs melted coconut oil
  • 2 ½ Tbs pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • 2 Tbs cacao powder
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • ¾ cup oats
