Raw Vegan Ice Cream


  • 2 cups raw cashews, soaked in filtered water for 4 hours (or more)
  • 2 cups young coconut meat
  • 1 cup filtered water, as needed
  • 1 cup agave nectar (preferably raw!)
  • ¼ cup coconut butter or ¼ cup expeller pressed coconut oil
  • ¼ cup expeller pressed coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ vanilla bean, seeds of (or double your vanilla extract)
    • ½ teaspoon sea salt
