Recipe: Jewish Apple Cake

Ingredients

  • 4-5 large granny smith apples
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 TB sugar
  • 3 C flour
  • 2 C sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 C vegetable oil
    • ½ C orange juice
    • 1 T vanilla
