Recipe: Kohlrabi Home Fries


  • 3 medium kohlrabi, peeled and sliced about ½ inch
  • 3-4 Tbsp ghee or olive oil (might need more depending on size of skillet)
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp sea salt
