Recipe: Pan Seared Cajun Yellowfin Tuna


  • 2 Thin Pats of butter (optional)
  • 1.5 TBLSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • McCormick (or other) Cajun Spices
  • 1 pound Yellowfin Tuna Steaks
