Recipe: Peach Coconut Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cups buttermilk
  • 2 Tbs butter, melted
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup shredded, sweetened coconut
    • 1 peach, sliced
    • Vegetable Oil for frying
    • Butter and syrup for serving
