Recipe: Peach Coconut Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Butter and syrup for serving
  • Vegetable Oil for frying
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • ½ cup shredded, sweetened coconut
  • 2 Tbs butter, melted
  • ½ cups buttermilk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 cup flour
