Recipe: Peach Coconut Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cups buttermilk
- 2 Tbs butter, melted

- 1 peach, sliced
- Vegetable Oil for frying
