Recipe: Potatoes Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds yukon gold potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 6 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
