Recipe: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cornmeal Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• ¼ tsp. ground cloves
• ½ tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 cup yellow cornmeal
• + 6 more ingredients
• • 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
  • 15 oz. canned pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup nonfat or low-fat milk
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
